Chris Barnard, our Service Manager for the West Region, plays a key role in ensuring his team is well-equipped and scheduled to consistently provide high-quality service. His leadership ensures the resources and support needed for on-site success. Based in our La Mirada, CA office, Barnard collaborates with service coordinators Makenna Wright and Gigi Perez, guiding them in scheduling our technicians and technical matters regarding each situation to ensure smooth operations and prompt resolution of service tickets. Gigi shared her perspective:
