Cloud-based conferencing and collaboration pioneer StarLeaf has just announced the opening of a brand new office in Jersey City, New Jersey. The new office will serve as a center of support for StarLeaf’s rapidly expanding enterprise customer base in the Northeast.
“We’re pleased to be widening our reach in the US with the opening of a new office in Jersey City,” says Michael McCarthy, VP Sales, North America. “StarLeaf’s increased presence, together with a solution that offers global reach with industry-leading security, reliability, and simplicity means that more US organizations are now able to gain the benefits of true enterprise video conferencing.”
In the last year, StarLeaf has added over fifty employees to its global workforce, bringing its headcount to 235 members. With data centers around the world, StarLeaf is able to offer cloud secure and reliable cloud services that are unparalleled in the conferencing and collaboration market.
The StarLeaf cloud doesn’t rely on third-party systems. It is duplicated at every Point of Presence, so in the rare case of failure at any one data center, connections are automatically redirected to an alternative PoP.
This is just one of the reasons we partnered with StarLeaf to power Prime Call Cloud UC, a unified communications solution that brings everyone together, regardless of endpoint and no matter what device they're using.
In other StarLeaf news, the conferencing and collaboration innovator was recently recognized as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant 2019 for Meeting Solutions. It was one of only 16 vendors worldwide to be recognized by Gartner Magic Quadrants, which analyzes tech markets and places providers into various categories. The “visionary” designation is for companies that “understand where the market is going or have a vision for changing market rules.”
‘At StarLeaf, we endeavor to be the video conferencing provider of choice for enterprises around the world, by delivering meeting solutions that exceed expectations of service, security, and support,” said StarLeaf CEO Mark Richer. “We believe our recognition as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Meeting Solutions is a testament to StarLeaf's success in the enterprise, enabled by the StarLeaf full-circle service and premium customer experience.”
