This appointment recognizes Parent's deep expertise and commitment to advancing distance learning and underscores Solutionz's influence in the digital education landscape.
The USDLA, the nation's first nonprofit association dedicated to supporting distance learning research, development, and practical application across education, training, and communications, relies on its Advisory Board for strategic counsel and advocacy. Comprised of respected leaders in the distance learning community, the board serves as a crucial sounding board and champions for both the Association and the broader field. Their responsibilities include advising USDLA executives and the Board on critical issues and opportunities and contributing valuable research and resources to the distance education community.

Parent’s appointment will see her become an integral part of the association. She will offer her considerable skills, talents, and expertise gained from her history and experience in both the K12 and audiovisual markets. Her responsibilities in this new role will include active participation in USDLA’s annual conference and board meetings. Additionally, Haley will contribute to various subcommittees within the association, further supporting the success and growth of the distance learning community.
